The 500 kg tower problem has a solutionHELIX
A solar tower that fits in a car boot, is set up by one person in 15 minutes and the tower itself needs no crane, paint or maintenance. Marine-grade aluminium.

Utilisation and costs
Excludes transport, installation, SIM or cloud services, storage, repairs, financing, sales commissions and other operating expenses.
A fleet of 5 HELIX towers costs €14,500 (excl. VAT). At 36 weeks/year utilisation and an average rate of €312/week, it generates €55,160/year in operating cash flow before other costs, with payback in 3 months. Exceptional return under these assumptions.
Key advantage: the tower can be moved to any floor, rooftop or work area without special equipment — one tower replaces several fixed points.
Hyperboloid
Geometry
Hyperboloid geometry: interlaced aluminium tubes that distribute load in pure tension — no welds, no weak points. Each section reinforces the others.

Marine-Grade
Aluminium
6061-T6 alloy — the same used in racing yacht hulls and aerospace structures. Zero paint. Outdoor storage with no degradation whatsoever.

About us
Spanish engineering.
Global vision.
ALUTOREX was born in Valencia, Spain, at the intersection of aerospace engineering and the real needs of the security sector. We saw that traditional surveillance towers — heavy, expensive to move, dependent on groundworks — were the operational bottleneck of every rental company we spoke to.
The answer was radical: apply hyperboloid geometry — the same principle that gives large cooling towers their structural stability — to a marine-grade 6061-T6 aluminium profile. The result: a 10.5 kg structure that carries a 100 kg payload, withstands 36 m/s winds when anchored and fits in the boot of any car.
We manufacture in Europe, deliver across the EU with no import duties, and provide direct factory support. No middlemen. No stock commitments. Just technology that measurably reduces operating costs.
